Give it a shaded or partially shaded spot.
It will be happy with one watering per week on average. Let its medium dry out a little before the next watering. In the warmer summer period, it may need watering more often.
You can have its tendrils climb on a trellis or moss pole or let them hang.
It is an ornamental foliage plant from North America. Its young leaves initially have a bronze hue, which gives the plant a strange beauty. Withstanding neglect, this houseplant will also tolerate a spot with low light conditions. It can even be kept outdoors during warmer periods, and will reward you for regular misting with fast, strong growth. It does not flower indoors. Grouping it with other plants, it can be good ground cover both in a bowl or a florarium.
